I let them know the drink usually has a tint of red, she proceeds to pour a glob of strawberry jam in the same drink, and hands it back to me. After I come back and just ask for a redo, because it tasted far more citrus than usual, the 2 new girls they have working, immediately had caught an attitude at me requesting a redo. After placing a pickup order through the third party service, I pick up my order within 5 minutes of it being ready, and when I taste the passionfruit strawberry drink they have, it was completely off from what I get every other time. As a regular of spot, I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent experience.
